Shipping policy

At Momuko Kids, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

Standard Delivery (India):
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Metro cities may receive faster delivery; remote locations may take slightly longer.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply as shown at checkout.
COD Orders: Additional COD charges may apply (if enabled on the store).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
If an incorrect address is provided, the delivery may fail or return to origin.
In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or something is missing, inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share unboxing photos or videos for quicker resolution.

Non-Deliverable Locations

We try to ship across India, but certain pin codes may be unserviceable.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a refund or store credit.

Return to Sender (RTS) Orders

If a package is returned due to wrong address, unreachable phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
